Our family has lived in the picturesque village of Hillam in North Yorkshire for over 14 years.
Having lived and worked in the hustle and bustle of the city, there is nothing we enjoy more than to relax in this peaceful village with our family, walking our dog and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. We aim to make your stay as stress-free and relaxing as possible, so please let us know if we can help with anything at all to make your visit run smoothly.
We will happily recommend local places to eat, drink and source provisions, as well as transport links and places to visit.

Access to your accommodation is via a shared secure front entrance, leading to your own private front door.
We live with our family in the adjacent property so please respect our privacy and avoid any noise after 10pm.
There is ample parking in the driveway, we kindly ask that you are respectful of our neighbours and ensure access is possible at all times.
No smoking or vaping inside the barn.
Please advise in advance if you wish to bring a pet so we can make arrangements.
We do not allow parties, groups or events.
Minimum age at check-in is 18.
Please attempt to leave our barn as you found it. Additional cleaning charges may be applied.
Cost to repair any damage to property and items may also be chargeable.
Please advise if anything is faulty or damaged at check-out.
